摘要
目的 掌握成都市成华区农贸市场外环境禽流感病毒分布情况及其变化,为制定禽流感防控措施提供参考依据。方法 采集2017-2022年成都市成华区农贸市场外环境样本,采用实时荧光定量PCR法进行禽流感A型核酸检测,鉴定H5、H7、N9、H9亚型,采用χ2检验比较各组间率的差异,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2017-2022年成都市成华区共采集农贸市场外环境样本208份,检出A型阳性74份,阳性率35.57%;阳性分型分别为H5型12份(16.22%)、H9型53份(71.62%)、未分型9份(12.16%),H7型和N9型未检出。不同年份(χ^(2)=11.105,P=0.049)、季节(χ^(2)=33.090,P<0.001)以及样本类型(χ^(2)=23.485,P<0.001)的阳性检出率差异有统计学意义。结论 禽流感病毒在成都市成华区农贸市场外环境广泛存在,主要以H9型为主;污染高峰期为第1、第4季度。
Objective To understand the distribution and change of avian influenza virus(AIV)in the external environment of farm produce markets in Chenghua District of Chengdu City,and to provide reference for the formulation of prevention and control measures of avian influenza.Methods From 2017 to 2022,samples were collected from farm produce markets in Chenghua District of Chengdu City.Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(polymerase chain reaction)was used to detect the nucleic acid of avian influenza A and identify subtypes H5,H7 and H9.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences of rates among groups.And P<0.055 was considered to be statistically significant.Results A total of 208 external environment samples were collected from farm produce markets in Chenghua District of Chengdu City from 2017 to 2022,and 74 positive samples of influenza A(type A)virus were detected,with a positive rate of 35.57%.There were 12H5 positive samples(16.22%),53 H9 positive samples(71.62%)and 9 undivided samples(12.16%).H7 or N9 positive samples were not detected.Thereewere significant differencess in the positive ratesamong different years(χ^(2)=11.105,P=0.049),seasons(χ^(2)=33.090,P=0.000)and sample types(χ^(2)=23.485,P=0.000).Conclusionss Avian influenza virus existed widely in the external environment of farm produce markets in Chenghua District of Chengdu City.The main subtype of avian influenza virus was H9,and the peaks of contamination were in the first and fourth quarters.
