一种双通道井液循环阀设计

摘要 提出了一种新型的完井用投捞式井液循环阀设计,旨在解决传统单通道阀门流量和压力平衡能力不足的问题。该循环阀采双单流阀和双弹簧系统组成,每个弹簧系统都连接着一个通道,并使用数值模拟的方法寻求压力平衡点进行设计参数设置,从而大大提高了循环阀的流量和压力平衡能力,使得油井完井过程更加高效和稳定。实验结果验证了该新型循环阀设计的可行性和有效性。 This article proposes a new type of fishing well fluid circulation valve design for completion,aimed at solving the problem of insufficient flow and pressure balance capacity of traditional single channel valves.The circulation valve is composed of a dual single flow valve and a dual spring system,each of which is connected to a channel.Numerical simulation is used to find the pressure balance point for design parameter settings,greatly improving the flow and pressure balance ability of the circulation valve,making the oil well completion process more efficient and stable.The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new circulation valve design.
