摘要
目的探讨暖宫孕子胶囊联合来曲唑对排卵障碍性不孕(ovulatory disorder infertility,ODI)患者子宫内膜与性激素的影响。方法选取86例ODI患者,用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组予以来曲唑治疗,观察组予以来曲唑联合暖宫孕子胶囊治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后主卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度和子宫动脉血流情况、性激素[雌二醇(estradiol,E_(2))、睾酮(testosterone,T)、孕酮(progesterone,P)]、排卵及妊娠情况。结果观察组的总有效率(88.37%)高于对照组(69.77%),P<0.05;治疗后,观察组主卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),子宫动脉阻力指数(resistance index,RI)和搏动指数(pulsatile index,PI)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清E_(2)及P高于对照组,T低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排卵率(44.19%)及妊娠率(34.88%)高于对照组(23.26%、13.95%),P<0.05。结论在ODI的治疗中,暖宫孕子胶囊联合来曲唑能增大主卵泡直径及子宫内膜厚度,促进子宫动脉血流恢复,调节性激素水平,提高排卵及妊娠率。
Objective To explore the effects of Nuangong Yunzi Capsules combined with letrozole on endometrium and sex hormones in patients with ovulatory disorder infertility(ODI).Methods According to random number table method,86 patients with ODI were enrolled and divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The control group was treated with letrozole,while the observation group was additionally treated with Nuangong Yunzi Capsules.The clinical curative effect,diameter of primary follicle,endometrial thickness,uterine artery blood flow,sex hormones[estradiol(E_(2)),testosterone(T),and progesterone(P)],ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results The total response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(88.37%vs.69.77%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of primary follicle and endometrial thickness in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the resistance index(RI)and pulsatile index(PI)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum E_(2) and P in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of T was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in observation group were 44.19%and 34.88%,respectively,higher than those in control group(23.26%,13.95%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ODI,Nuangong Yunzi Capsules combined with letrozole can increase the diameter of primary follicle and endometrial thickness,promote the recovery of uterine artery blood flow,regulate the levels of sex hormones,therefore improve the ovulation and pregnancy rate.
