摘要
目的探讨在孕妇中检测甲状腺激素水平变化的价值。方法选择56名常规产检的孕妇,根据孕妇的妊娠期不同分为早期妊娠组、中晚期妊娠组,各28名。另抽取同期医院接受健康体检的28名非妊娠女性作为健康对照组。所有受检者均接受甲状腺激素[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT_(3))、甲状腺素(TT_(4))]检测,比较三组受检者的激素水平变化。结果早期妊娠组、中晚期妊娠组孕妇TSH、FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TT_(3)、TT_(4)水平与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中晚期妊娠组孕妇TSH、FT_(4)水平与早期妊娠组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FT_(3)、TT_(3)、TT_(4)水平与早期妊娠组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕妇随着妊娠时间的延长其体内甲状腺激素水平也会发生变化,且通过检测甲状腺激素水平变化,能够及时有效的发现甲状腺功能异常情况,以改善母婴结局,值得临床推广。
ObjectiveTo explore the value of detecting thyroid hormone levels in pregnant women.Methods56 pregnant women were selected and divided into the early pregnancy group and the middle and late pregnancy group according to the different pregnancy period,28 women each.In addition,28 non-pregnant women who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as healthy control group.All subjects were tested with[thyroid hormone(TSH)],free triodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4)),triodothyronine(TT_(3)),and thyroxine(TT_(4)).The changes of hormone levels in the three groups were compared.Results The levels of TSH,FT_(3),FT_(4),TT_(3),and TT_(4) in the first trimester group and the third trimester group were significantly different from those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in TSH and FT levels between the second and third trimester group and the first trimester group(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in FT_(3),TT_(3),and TT_(4) levels between the second and third trimester group and the first trimester group(P>0.05).Conclusion The thyroid hormone level in pregnant women will also change with the extension of pregnancy time,and through the detection of thyroid hormone level changes,thyroid function abnormalities can be found in a timely and effective manner,so as to improve the outcome of mother and child,which is worth promoting.
