顶岗实习视角下高职学生职业能力提升探析——基于周记与毕业报告内容分析 被引量:3

摘要 顶岗实习是职业院校毕业生正式走向工作岗位前的最后一个环节,也是学生职业能力的一个体现。文章通过分析学生在顶岗实习环节的1107份周记、分析学生的152份毕业报告内容,从独立解决问题的能力、责任感和承受能力三大方面来考察学生的职业能力,得出学生对顶岗实习的认识还停留在初级阶段,专业知识运用和相关报告撰写的能力存在短板。文章针对顶岗实习存在的问题,对教育教学和实习指导等提出了相关的建议。 Post practice is the last link before the graduates go to work formally,and it is also a reflection of the students vocational ability.Based on the analysis of 1107 weekly notes and 152 graduation reports of students in post practice,this paper examines students'professional ability from the three aspects of independent problem solving ability,sense of responsibility and ability to bear.It concludes that students'understanding of post practice is still in the initial stage,and there are shortcomings in the application of professional knowledge and the ability to write relevant reports.In view of the existing problems,some suggestions on education and teaching and practice guidance are put forward.
