摘要
为积极推动装配式桥梁高质量建设,各种新工艺、新设备应用到桥梁工业化建造过程中,不断提升桥梁工程建设效率及质量,创建以装配式轻型T梁标准部品为基础的标准化、专业化、规模化、智能化生产体系是预制厂高效运行的关键。结合预制梁厂生产线工艺设计,介绍设备选型要求及生产设备选型,使预制厂的生产调度环节更加智能化、安全化和高效率,整体设备方案的选型与设计已满足工程建设需求,为混凝土构件预制厂建设和生产提供参考。
To actively promote the high-quality construction of prefabricated bridges,various new processes and equipment are applied to the industrial construction process of bridges,thereby continuously improving the efficiency and quality of bridge engineering construction.Creating a standardized,specialized,large-scale,and intelligent production system based on the standard components of prefabricated light T-beams is the key to the efficient operation of prefabrication plants.Based on the production line process design of the precast beam factory,the equipment selection requirements and production equipment selection are introduced,which can make the production scheduling process of the precast factory more intelligent,safe,and efficient.The selection and design of the overall equipment scheme can meet the needs of engineering construction and provide reference for the construction and production of concrete component prefabricationplants.
