摘要
目的探讨养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者孤独感、社会疏离的现状及其相关性。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、孤独感量表、一般疏离感量表对成都市4所养老机构共260例老年患者进行调查。结果共纳入253例老年2型糖尿病患者,孤独感总分为(42.24±5.980)分,社会疏离总分为(39.02±3.490)分,孤独感与社会疏离呈正相关(r=0.319,P<0.01),婚姻状况、受教育程度、年龄、社会疏离总分是老年患者孤独感的影响因素,共解释64%的总变异。结论养老机构老年2型糖尿病患者孤独感与社会疏离较为严重,且孤独感与社会疏离存在相关性,养老机构医务人员应制定针对性干预措施,有效降低老年2型糖尿病患者孤独感与社会疏离感,提高其生活质量,促进健康老龄化。
Objective To explore the status and correlation of loneliness and social alienation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in aged care institutions.Methods A total of 260 elderly patients from 4 aged care institutions in Chengdu were surveyed using a general information survey questionnaire,a sense of loneliness scale,and a general sense of alienation scale.Results Totally 253 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were included.The total score of loneliness was(42.24±5.980),and the total score of social alienation was(39.02±3.490).There was a positive correlation between loneliness and social alienation(r=0.319,P<0.01).Marital status,education level,age,and total score of social alienation were the influencing factors of loneliness in elderly patients,accounting for 64%of the total alienation.Conclusion The loneliness and social alienation of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in aged care institutions are relatively serious,and there is a correlation between loneliness and social alienation.The medical staff of aged care institutions should formulate targeted intervention measures to effectively reduce the loneliness and social alienation of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,improve their quality of life,and promote healthy aging.
