摘要
目的浅析垂体后叶素联合腹腔镜切除术治疗良性子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性。方法选取70例良性子宫肌瘤患者,根据用药方案不同分为研究组与对照组,各35例。对照组应用缩宫素联合腹腔镜切除术治疗,研究组应用垂体后叶素联合腹腔镜切除术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,且术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性子宫肌瘤经垂体后叶素联合腹腔镜切除术治疗效果确切,可降低并发症发生风险,促进康复,值得临床推广。
Objective Analysis on the efficacy and safety of pituitrin combined with laparoscopic resection in the treatment of benign uterine fibroids.Methods70 patients with benign uterine fibroids were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different medication regimens,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin combined with laparoscopic resection,while the study group was treated with pituitrin combined with laparoscopic resection.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.71%,which was lower than that in the control group(25.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of benign uterine myoma by pituitarin combined with laparoscopic resection is effective,can reduce the risk of complications,promote rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
