摘要
建立了一种利用高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱仪测定黑枸杞中9种酚酸的方法。色谱柱为安捷伦Infinity Lab Poroshell 120 EC-C18(3.0 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),以乙腈-水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量5.0μL。结果表明,乙酸乙酯是最优提取溶剂。在最优条件下,9种酚酸在相应的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2>0.999,检出限<1.6μg/kg,定量限<5.0μg/kg。在50,100,200μg/kg这3个添加水平下,9种酚酸的回收率为76.4%~106.2%,RSD<4.1%。该方法操作简便,具有较高的准确度、灵敏度和精密度,可用于鉴定和定量分析天然植物提取物中的酚酸类化合物成分。
A method was developed for the determination of 9 phenolic acids in Lycium ruthenicum Murray by high performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The chromatography was performed on Agilent InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column(3.0 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.4 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃,and injection volume was 5.0μL.The results showed that ethyl acetate was the best extract solvent.Under the optimal conditions,the linear relationship between the nine phenolic acids was good in the corresponding concentration range,the correlation coefficient R2>0.999,the limits of detection<1.6μg/kg,the limits of quantitation<5.0μg/kg.The recoveries were 76.4%~106.2%and RSDS were less than 4.1%at 50,100,200μg/kg.The method was simple to operate,had high accuracy,sensitivity and precision,and could be used for the identification and quantitative analysis of phenolic acids in natural plant extracts.
