基于能力导向一体化的“食品化学”教学模式探索与实践

摘要 高等学校的课程改革和创新是我国高等教育高质量发展的重要内涵。以合肥工业大学提出的“能力导向一体化教学体系”为指导,针对“食品化学”教学过程中存在的若干问题,对“食品化学”课程教学模式进行思考和探索。通过优化教学内容、丰富教学方式、加强过程管理和完善能力培养,达到提高课程教学效果和培养学生综合能力的目的。 High-quality higher education is tightly correlated to the curriculums'reform and innovation in colleges and universities.Referring to the capacity-oriented teaching system proposed by Hefei university of technology,this study had reflected and explored the mode for the teaching of the Food Chemistry curriculum based on its current problems.By simplifying the contents of the curriculum,increasing the teaching forms,strictly controlling the teaching process,and training more abilities,the teaching outcomes of the curriculum and the students'comprehensive ability had been obviously improved.
