房间阻滞联合P波离散度预测阵发性心房颤动的研究进展

摘要 作为常见、严重的心律失常类型,心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)占比较高,依据持续时间可分为阵发性、持续性、永久性,以阵发性心房颤动(paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,PAF)常见,通常是指持续时间≤7 d的短暂性心房颤动。目前,预测PAF发生的关联性指标包括房间阻滞(interatrial block,IAB)和P波离散度。下面就房间阻滞联合P波离散度在预测PAF方面的价值予以综述。 As a common and serious type of arrhythmia,atrial fibrillation(AF)accounts for a high proportion.According to the duration,it can be divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,persistent and permanent,and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)is common.It usually refers to transient atrial fibrillation with a duration of less than 7 days.At present,correlation indicators that predict the occurrence of PAF include in-teratrial block(IAB)and P-wave dispersion.The value of room block combined P-wave dispersion in predicting PAF is summarized below.
