红外线照射结合黄芪注射液外敷对糖尿病足患者的治疗效果刍议

摘要 目的 探讨红外线照射结合黄芪注射液外敷对糖尿病足患者的治疗效果。方法 选择2022年6月—2023年3月在吉林化工医院治疗的112例糖尿病足患者为治疗对象。按患者入院治疗顺序编号,根据编号的奇偶性分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。两组患者均采取相同基础治疗,对照组增加远红外线照射干预,观察组在对照组基础上,外敷黄芪注射液治疗。比较两组患者溃疡面积、创面渗出评分、足背动脉血流速度和治疗总有效率等方面。结果 治疗后,观察组足部溃疡面积为(1.92±0.28)cm^(2),小于对照组的(2.63±0.34)cm^(2),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面渗出积分为(0.62±0.19)分,小于对照组的(0.93±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者足背动脉血流速度为(29.53±3.95)cm/s,大于对照组的(26.07±3.98)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05)。结论 红外线照射结合黄芪注射液外敷,有效改善了糖尿病足患者的临床症状,提高了糖尿病足患者的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of infrared irradiation combined with external application of astragalus injection on patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 112 diabetic foot patients treated in Jilin Chemical Hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the treatment objects.Patients were numbered according to the order of admission and divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of numbers,with 56 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with the same basic treatment,the control group was treated with far infrared irradiation,and the observation group was treated with astragalus injection on the basis of the control group.The ulcer area,wound exudation score,dorsal foot artery flow velocity and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the foot ulcer area of the observation group was(1.92±0.28) cm^(2),which was smaller than that of the control group(2.63±0.34) cm^(2),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traumatic exudation score of the observation group was(0.62±0.19) points,which was smaller than that of the control group(0.93±0.32) points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood flow velocity of the dorsalis pedis artery in the observation group was(29.53±3.95) cm/s,which was greater than that of the control group(26.07±3.98) cm/s,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%,which was greater than that of the control group(85.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.953,P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared irradiation combined with astragalus injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic foot patients and improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic foot patients.
