摘要
目的 研究多次法根管治疗和一次性根管治疗儿童牙体牙髓病的临床价值。方法 便利选取2021年2月—2022年1月长春市口腔医院收治的112例牙髓病患儿作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为两组,每组56例。分为一次性根管治疗的研究组和多次法根管治疗的参照组。比较两组效果。结果 研究组总有效率为98.21%,高于参照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.529,P=0.001)。研究组视觉模拟评分量表低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于牙髓病患儿来说,多次法和一次性根管治疗都可改善患儿的症状,但后者的疗效更显著,可有效缓解患儿的疼痛。
Objective To study the clinical value of multiple root canal treatment and one-time root canal treatment in children with endodontics.Methods A total of 112 children with endodontic diseases admitted to Changchun Stomatological Hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random grouping method,with 56 cases in each group.They were divided into the study group of one-time root canal therapy and the reference group of multiple root canal therapy.Compared the effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.21%,higher than that of the reference group (78.57%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=10.529,P=0.001).The visual analog score scale of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For children with endodontic disease,both multiple root canal treatment and one-time root canal treatment can improve the symptoms of children,but the latter is more effective and effective in relieving pain in patients.
