摘要
目的探究正性激励管理对静脉药物配置中心护理差错的影响。方法选取常州市中医医院2020年3月至2021年3月在静脉药物配置中心工作的30名护理人员作为研究对象,设置为对照组,给予常规管理模式;将2021年4月至2022年4月静脉药物配置中心工作的对照组同期人员30名设置为观察组,在前者基础上增加正性激励管理。比较两组护理人员在管理前后药物配置、护理差错率及细菌菌落计数、职业认同感及工作质量等。结果管理后,观察组药品破损率、配置差错率低于对照组,对照组细菌菌落计数高于观察组,观察组护理人员单日工作指标所需时间低于对照组,对照组护士对自我职业认同感及工作质量评分低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对静脉配置中心工作的护理人员采取正性激励管理模式,可有效提升护理人员的风险防控意识,减少药品破损率和护理差错率。
Objective To explore the effect of positive incentive management on nursing errors in intravenous drug dispensing center.Methods Thirty nurses working in the intravenous drug allocation center of the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study objects,set as the control group,and given the routine management mode.Thirty people in the control group working in the intravenous drug allocation center from April 2021 to April 2022 were set as the observation group,and on the basis of the former,positive incentive management was added.The drug allocation,nursing error rate,bacterial colony count,occupational identity and work quality were compared between the two groups before and after management.Results After management,drug damage rate and dispensing error rate in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),the bacterial colony count in control group was higher than that in observation group,the daily working time of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of self-professional identity and job quality of nurses in control group were lower than those in observation group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions Adopting positive incentive management mode for nursing staff working in venous allocation center can effectively improve their awareness of risk prevention and control,and reduce the rate of drug breakage and nursing error.
