摘要
随着煤矿规模的扩大和井下大型综掘设备的不断增加,煤矿供电安全可靠要求也进一步提高,采取有效智能监控手段避免漏电、短路、越级跳闸等事故迫在眉睫。本文分析煤矿供电网络的特点,采用分布式网络技术及自动化监控技术对井下供电系统进行智能化升级改造,通过对通信网络、井下监控分站及地面监控中心的设计实现对井下供电的信息交互与远程监控,实现井下供电设备“四遥”及供电系统的集成管理,进一步提高井下无人值守及智能调度的水平。
With the expansion of coal mine scale a nd the continuous increase of large-scale comprehensive excavation equipment underground,the requirements for safe and reliable power supply in coal mines have also been further improved.It is urgent to adopt effective intelligent monitoring methods to avoid accidents such as leakage,short circuit,and skip tripping.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the coal mine power supply network,and uses distributed network technology and automated monitoring technology to intelligently upgrade and transform the underground power supply system.By designing communication networks,underground monitoring substations,and ground monitoring centers,information exchange and remote monitoring of underground power supply are achieved,achieving integrated management of the“four remotes”of underground power supply equipment and power supply system,and further improving the level of unmanned underground and intelligent scheduling.
