基于数据分析的刀闸电动操作回路故障处理方法

摘要 刀闸是变电站内重要的一次设备,刀闸电动操作回路故障不仅会增加误操作的安全风险,而且会影响停电、送电时间,降低供电可靠性。但目前大部分变电站为户外刀闸,运行环境较恶劣,容易发生刀闸电动操作回路故障。同时,根据统计,该故障处理平均时间长达74.09 min。为缩短刀闸电动操作回路故障的处理时间,本文通过统计分析刀闸电动操作回路故障出现问题的概率和最有可能出现故障点的位置,给出针对性的排故方法。依据统计数据,制作软件“刀闸百事通”,结合具体刀闸历史故障信息,提供具体刀闸故障最有可能出现的位置和概率,为故障处理提供理论依据,缩短故障处理时长至48.77 min,提高了供电的可靠性和安全性。 Knife gate is an important primary equipment in substation,and the fault of electric operation circuit of knife gate not only increases the safety risk of misoperation,but also affects the time of power outage and delivery,and reduces the reliability of power supply.However,at present,most substations are outdoor knife gate,the operating environment is harsher,prone to knife gate electric operation circuit failure,at the same time,according to statistics,the average time to deal with the fault is as high as 74.09 min.In order to shorten the processing time of electric operating circuit faults,this paper analyses the probability of problems and the most likely locations of faults in the electric operating circuit of knife gates,and provides targeted troubleshooting methods.Based on the statistical data,the software“Knife Gate Pepsi”is created to provide the most likely location and probability of a specific knife gate fault in combination with the historical fault information of the specific knife gate,providing a theoretical basis for fault handling and shortening the fault handling time to 48.77 minutes,improving the reliability and safety of power supply.
