摘要
针对在役桥梁水下桩加固后施工质量难以检测评价的问题,探讨一种无损检测的新技术——成桥桩检测技术。成桥桩检测技术采用上行波和下行波分离、方向滤波、偏移成像等数据处理技术,以偏移图像展示检测成果,可更直观地展现水下桩加固施工的质量缺陷,并总结出水下桩检测结果的工程规律。通过调研分析、检测技术数值模拟、工程应用验证等手段,深入阐述PST(Pile Sonic Tomography,桩声波成像)法的检测原理,明确现场检测的技术要求。
In the view of the difficult problem of quality inspection and evaluation of the existing underwater pile after its reinforcement construction,a new technology,PST technology,is proposed for the nondestructive testing.Data processing technologies such as upgoing wave and downgoing wave discrimination,directional filtering and migration imaging are used to draw the reflective interface in the image to more intuitively show the quality defects of underwater pile reinforcement construction,and summarize the engineering rules of underwater pile inspection results.Through investigation and analysis,numerical simulation of detection technology,and practical engineering verification test research,the detection principle of PST method is elaborated in depth,and the technical requirements for on-site detection are clarified.
