摘要
选取林下栽培的黑皮鸡[土从]作为试验材料,探索提取工艺中提取温度、乙醇体积分数、提取时间对黑皮鸡[土从]子实体多酚提取量的影响。基于单因素试验结果,进行Box-Benhnken组合设计和响应面分析,对林下栽培黑皮鸡[土从]子实体多酚的提取工艺进行优化,从而得到最优工艺。响应面试验结果表明,提取林下栽培黑皮鸡[土从]子实体多酚的最佳条件为提取温度61.08℃,乙醇体积分数71.65%,提取时间70.85 min,此条件下的多酚提取量为6.91 mg·g^(-1)。
The effects of extraction temperature,ethanol volume and extraction time on the yield of polyphenol in the fruit bodies of Oudemansiella raphanipes cultured under forest were explored.Based on the resultes of single factor experiment,Box-Benhnken combination design and response surface analysis were used to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from the fruit bodies of O.raphanipes cultured under the forest.The results of response surface analysis suggested that the optimum conditions for extraction of polyphenols were:extraction temperature is 61.08℃,ethanol volume fraction is 71.65%,extraction time is 70.85 min.Under these conditions,the yield of polyphenols was 6.91 mg·g^(-1).
