新能源大规模接入下乡村配电网电压在线控制方法 被引量:4

An On-Line Voltage Control Method for Rural Distribution Networks under Large-Scale Access of New Energy

摘要 新能源电力具有波动性和随机性,乡村配电网接入新能源电力后,电压存在不稳定问题,无功电压控制容易出现偏差。为提高无功电压控制效果,研究了乡村新能源电网中的无功电压控制方法。为DCS系统中的控制器模块设计软件算法,通过雅可比矩阵确定配电网无功电压变化的灵敏度指标,并据此确定中枢节点;依据中枢节点划分无功源控制空间,并在空间内对动态分区后的DCS系统进行配电网分区控制;在波动分区内构建含分布式发电(distributed generation,DG)的配电网无功电压补偿的数学模型;采用熵权赋权法确定电压调节综合权重,以电压控制偏差最小为最佳优化目标,指导乡村区域电网内的无功电压控制。测试结果表明:该方法可将乡村地区居民用户电压稳定控制在220 V左右,且控制偏差较小,全时段提升了乡村配电网的供电质量。 New energy power is characteristic of volatility and randomness.After the rural distribution network is connected to new energy power,voltage instability often occurs,and reactive voltage control is prone to deviation.To improve the effectiveness of reactive voltage control,this paper studies reactive power and voltage control methods in rural new energy grids.The controller module design software algorithm in the DCS system determines the sensitivity index of reactive voltage changes in the distribution network through the Jacobian matrix to determine the central node accordingly.The reactive power source control space is divided according to the central node,and the distribution DCS system is dynamically partitioned in the space before the distribution network zoning control is performed.A mathematical model for reactive power and voltage compensation in distribution networks with distributed generation(DG)is constructed within the fluctuation zone.The entropy power empowerment method is used to determine the comprehensive weight of voltage regulation,and the minimum voltage control deviation in rural areas is used to guide the reactive voltage control in the power grid.The test results show that this method can stably control the voltage of rural residential users around 220 V with little control deviation,and improve the power supply quality of rural distribution networks throughout the time.
