摘要
科技创新是黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略的重要支撑,区域科技创新中心是实现区域创新的重要载体。以黄河流域67个地级市为研究对象,综合运用熵权TOPSIS、核密度、空间自相关、标准差椭圆等方法研究了黄河流域科技创新水平的时空演化特征,提出了黄河流域科技创新中心提升路径。研究结果表明:黄河流域科技创新发展水平呈逐步提升趋势,由2011年的0.084提升到2020年的0.137;黄河流域科技创新水平整体呈两极分化格局,绝对差异逐渐缩小,且不平衡程度有所降低;黄河流域科技创新水平存在显著的空间分异特征,呈“块状”分布格局,整体仍处于低水平和较低水平,且下游地区>中游地区>上游地区;黄河流域科技创新水平具有显著的空间集聚特征,随着时间的推移,空间集聚特征逐渐增强。黄河流域科技创新中心需要通过聚焦创新中心城市优势,加速产业结构升级,推动产业融合与集聚发展,促进中心城市“多核驱动,点轴延伸”空间模式的形成等,提高区域科技创新中心发展水平。
Science and technology innovation is an important support for the ecological protection and high⁃quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin,and the Regional Science and Technology Innovation Center is an important carrier for realizing regional innovation.The paper took 67 prefecture⁃level cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research objects,analyzed the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of science and technology innovation level in the Yellow River Basin by using entropy TOPSIS,kernel density,spatial autocorrelation and standard deviation ellipse,and proposed the enhancement path of science and technology innovation center in the Yellow River Basin.The result shows that temporally,the level of science and technology innovation development in the Yellow River Basin shows a gradual growth trend,from 0.084 in 2011 to 0.137 in 2020.Furthermore,the level of science and technology innovation in the basin as a whole shows a pattern of polarization,with the absolute difference gradually decreasing and the imbalance decreasing.Spatially,the level of science and technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin has significant spatial differentiation characteristics,with a“block⁃shaped”distribution pattern,and the overall level is still in the low and lower level areas,and the downstream area>midstream area>upper stream area.In addition,the level of science and technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin has significant spatial clustering characteristics,and the spatial clustering characteristics are gradually enhanced with the passage of time.The science and technology innovation centers in the Yellow River Basin need to improve the development level of regional innovation centers by focusing on the advantages of innovation center cities,accelerating industrial structure upgrading,promoting industrial integration and agglomeration development and promoting the spatial model of“multicore drive and point⁃axis extension”in central cities.
