摘要
案例行动学习法作为商科情境教学的新方法,能够培养学员满足企业发展实践需求的能力。在众多教学方法中,案例行动教学针对学员理论与实践能力进阶的培养更具优势,且其与参与主体间的联结机制较为特殊,具有稳定的生态关系,明晰其中运行机制有助于案例行动学习理论与实践的发展。基于我国高校案例教学发展的实际情况与企业人才培养需求,通过明确案例行动学习生态系统构建的现实基础及学理支撑,搭建起案例行动学习生态系统的整体框架,并针对案例行动生态系统中存在的问题,对我国未来案例教学活动的发展提出了新构想与建议。
As a new method of situational business teaching,case action learning can cultivate talents of students to meet the needs of enterprises.In particular,the case action teaching classroom can realize the advancement of students’ability and has more advantages in many teaching methods,and the connection mechanism between it and the participants is special.Therefore,the construction of case action learning ecosystem has become a new trend to promote the development of relevant theories and the integration of industry and talent.Combined with the actual situation of the development of case teaching in colleges and universities in China and the needs of relevant professionals,this paper clarifies the realistic basis and theoretical support for the construction of the case action learning ecosystem,clarifies the overall framework of the case action learning ecosystem and points out the problems existing in the case action ecosystem.This paper puts forward some new ideas and suggestions on the development of Chinese case teaching activities in the future.
