摘要
文化赋能乡村振兴是中国式现代化乡村振兴和生态文明建设的应然之举,和美乡村文化的多重功能对赋能乡村生态振兴具多样价值。然而,和美乡村文化的孕育发展又有着乡村经济发展水平落后、村民美育生态意识缺失、和美乡村软硬环境短板、乡村生态建设行动滞后的薄弱现实。因此,可采取优化产业、注重美育、资金支持、政策布局等措施消除制约乡村生态振兴的软肋,推动乡村的全面振兴。
Culturally empowering rural revitalization is an inevitable move for rural revitalization of Chinese modernization and ecological civilization construction.The multiple functions of beautiful and harmonious rural culture have diverse values for empowering rural ecological revitalization.However,the development of beautiful and harmonious rural culture has the weak reality of backward rural economic development,lack of ecological awareness of villagers'aesthetic education,weak soft and hard environment in beautiful and harmonious rural areas,and lagging rural ecological construction.Therefore,measures such as optimizing industry,paying attention to aesthetic education,financial support,and policy layout can be taken to eliminate the weaknesses that restrict the revitalization of rural ecology and promote the overall revitalization of rural areas.
