摘要
退役电池作为储能系统、低速电动车等领域的主要动力来源,其筛选成组时需满足内阻、电压、容量等各种特征参数相似。而如何客观、准确地获取综合性能指标值是其合理筛选成组的重要保障。以NCR18650B退役电池为研究对象,获取其初始剩余容量、欧姆内阻、极化内阻电容等参数为综合评价指标。基于熵权法分析各因素对退役电池的影响程度得到各指标权重,再与灰度关联分析法相结合,对数据进行归一化处理与关联度计算,建立退役电池综合性能评价体系,完成退役电池间的筛选。最后将筛选成组的退役电池进行循环充放电测试,得到其容量衰减图,验证该综合评价方法的可行性。
As the main source of power for energy storage systems,low-speed electric vehicles and other fields,retired batteries need to be screened into groups with similar internal resistance,voltage,capacity and various other characteristic parameters.And how to objec-tively and accurately obtain the comprehensive performance index value is an important guarantee for the reasonable screening of retired batteries into groups.By taking the retired NCR18650B battery as the research object,the initial residual capacity,ohmic internal resist-ance,polarized internal resistance capacitance and other parameters are obtained as comprehensive evaluation indexes.Based on the en-tropy weighting method,the weight of each index is obtained by analyzing the influence degree of each factor on the retired batteries.Then,combined with the grey correlation analysis method,the data are normalised and the correlation degree is calculated to establish a comprehensive performance evaluation system for retired batteries and the screening among retired batteries is completed.Finally,the retired batteries screened into groups are subjected to cyclic charging and discharging tests to obtain their capacity decay graphs to verify the feasibility of this comprehensive evaluation method.
