摘要
构建基于OBE理念的应用型本科设计学类专业人才培养体系,提出从推进三全育人、贯彻认证理念、突出学生中心、实施反向设计、落实持续改进5个层面更新“产出导向”培养理念;从教学设计、教学模块、教学内容、教学手段、教学组织、教学评价6大模块构建“一核六双”培养模式;从协同育人、个性化育人、全方位育人3个维度创新“多维度育人”培养机制。搭建比较完整的应用型本科设计人才培养体系,解决培养什么人、如何培养人和谁来培养3个关键问题。
This paper constructs an application-oriented undergraduate talent training system for design majors based on the OBE conception,and proposes to update the"output-oriented"training concept from five aspects:promoting the three-whole education,implementing the certification concept,highlighting the student center,implementing reverse design and implementing continuous improvement.From the teaching design,teaching module,teaching content,teaching means,teaching organization,teaching evaluation six modules to build"one core six pairs"training mode,innovative"multi-dimensional education"training mechanism from the three dimensions of collaborative education,personalized education and all-round education.It has built a relatively complete training system for application-oriented undergraduate design talents,and solved three key problems:who to train,how to train and who to train.
