摘要
以“花甲之爱”创新创业项目为例,分析创新创业竞赛项目对大学生创新能力提升的效果;从“岗课赛证”融通培养、创新创业实训平台构建、创新型师资队伍建设、教育教学方法改革和政策扶持等方面探索大学生创新能力提升路径;分析高职院校创新型人才培养中存在的问题,旨在为培养符合新时代要求的高素质创新型人才提供参考。
Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship project named"Huajia Zhiai"(Help Elderly)project as an example,analyze the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship competition projects on improving collegians'innovation ability;exploring the path to enhance collegians'innovation ability through the integration and cultivation of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate",the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship training platforms,the construction of innovative teaching staff,the reform of education and teaching methods,and policy support;Analyze the problems in the cultivation of innovative personnel in vocational colleges,aiming to provide reference for cultivating high-quality innovative personnel that meet the requirements of the new era.
