摘要
近年来,嵌段硅油的低黄变及柔软手感使其在纺织行业得到了广泛的应用。但是其在应用过程中仍然存在一些问题,普通嵌段硅油手感不够丰满滑爽,处理后的织物耐摩擦色牢度降低并且拉伸断裂强力会有不同程度的下降。多元共聚有机硅整理剂RH-NB-658G通过特殊催化手段降低了大分子侧链的空间位阻效应,形成了全新的多元立体特殊结构。对不同质量浓度工作液处理后的织物进行手感评价,按照标准对处理后的织物耐摩擦色牢度和拉伸断裂强力进行测试。结果表明:RH-NB-658G能够赋予不同织物优良的柔软滑爽手感和丰富的弹性,可以明显改善柔软剂对织物耐摩擦色牢度和拉伸断裂强力的影响。
In recent years,the low yellowing and soft feeling of block silicone oil have made it widely used in the textile industry.However,there are still some problems in the application process.The feeling of ordinary block silicone oil is not full and smooth,and the color fastness to rubbing of the treated fabric is re⁃duced,and the tensile breaking strength will be reduced to varying degrees.multi-component copolymerized organosilicon finishing agent RH-NB-658G reduces the steric hindrance effect of macromolecular side chain through special catalytic means,and forms a new multi-dimensional special structure.The handle of the fab⁃rics treated with different mass concentration of working fluid was evaluated,and the color fastness to rub⁃bing and tensile breaking strength of the treated fabrics were tested according to the standard.The results showed that RH-NB-658G could give different fabrics excellent soft and smooth feeling and rich elasticity,and could significantly improve the effect of softening agent on the color fastness to rubbing and tensile break⁃ing strength of fabrics.
