摘要
某核电汽轮机调节阀比例阀进油量过大,在汽轮机瞬态或进行阀门活动性试验时会因单一故障导致抗燃油母管油压低而跳机。为消除该单一故障跳机风险,在每个汽轮机调节阀的供油支路上加装节流孔板,限制每个比例阀的最大供油流量,防止抗燃油母管因单一故障压力低。通过蓄能器容量核算,可以保证高压调节阀的快速开启功能。利用此方案,以很小的投入在短时间内完成改进,成功解决了汽轮机的跳机风险。
The maximum oil inlet volume of the proportional valve of the nuclear power turbine control valve is greater,during the transient state of the steam turbine or during valve activity testing,it can cause the oil pressure of the fire-resistant fuel main pipe to be pulled low and causing a trip.In order to eliminate the risk,after in-depth research and analysis,a orifice plate was innovatively installed on the oil supply branch of each steam turbine regulating valve.It can limit the maximum oil supply flow of each proportional valve to prevent low pressure of the fuel resisting main pipe due to a single failure.Through the capacity calculation of the energy accumulator,the fast opening function of the high-pressure regulating valve should be ensured.By utilizing this solution,the improvement was completed in a short period of time with minimal investment,successfully solving the risk of turbine trip.
