摘要
目的调查泌尿道感染(urinary tract infection,UTI)患儿陪护的疾病不确定感与社会支持现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法选取2021年7月—2022年5月厦门市妇幼保健院诊治的UTI患儿,对符合纳入标准的患儿陪护进行问卷调查,统计数据并分析。结果本调查共收集问卷122份,有效回收率为93.85%,其中患儿陪护年龄≤35岁占81.96%,本科及以上学历占38.53%,家庭月收入≥10000元的占21.31%,UTI护理知识的了解几乎没有及较少占93.44%,疾病不确定感中度占75.41%,获得中度社会支持占66.39%。此外,UTI护理知识了解程度与疾病不确定感、疾病不确定感强度和社会支持情况的Pearson相关性分别为-0.786、-0.836。UTI患儿陪护的临床疾病不确定感强度总体较高,社会支持情况偏低。另一方面,陪护UTI护理知识了解程度越低,疾病不确定感越强;获得的社会支持越高,疾病不确定感强度则越偏低。结论在临床实践中,需加强患儿陪护的UTI护理知识健康教育,提高其社会支持,以降低疾病不确定感。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the uncertainty of illness and social support in urinary tract infection(UTI)children.Methods The children with UTI who were diagnosed and treated in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to May 2022 were selected,and the children who met the inclusion criteria were accompanied by a questionnaire survey,and the data were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 122 questionnaires were collected in this survey,and the effective recovery rate was 93.85%.Among them,81.96%of the children who accompanied the children were≤35 years old,38.53%had a bachelor’s degree or above,21.31%had a monthly household income of≥10000 yuan,and 21.31%had UTI nursing knowledge.93.44%knew little or little,75.41%had a moderate sense of uncertainty about the disease,and 66.39%had moderate social support.In addition,the Pearson correlations between the understanding of UTI nursing knowledge and disease uncertainty,the intensity of disease uncertainty and social support were-0.786 and-0.836,respectively.The uncertainty of clinical disease in children with UTI was generally high,and the social support was low.On the other hand,the lower the understanding of accompany UTI nursing knowledge,the stronger the disease uncertainty,the higher the social support obtained,the lower the disease uncertainty intensity.Conclusion In clinical practice,it is necessary to strengthen the health education of UTI nursing knowledge and improve their social support to reduce the uncertainty of the disease.
