摘要
目的分析品管圈气道模型护理管理对预防多重耐药菌感染患者院内感染的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年5月在中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院实施呼吸机治疗的84例多重耐药菌感染重症患者为研究对象,根据患者护理方式的差异将其分入观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组重症患者采用常规护理,观察组重症患者采用品管圈气道模型护理管理。比较两组重症患者多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organism,MDRO)检出率、平均住院时间、人工气道平均时间。结果观察组重症患者中检出2例MDRO,检出率为4.76%,对照组中检出5例MDRO,检出率为11.90%,观察组MDRO检出率显著低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组重症患者平均住院时间和人工气道平均时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈气道模型护理管理对预防多重耐药菌感染患者院内感染具有显著的效果,可缩短恢复时间。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of quality control circle airway model nursing management on preventing nosocomial infection in patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria.Methods A total of 84 critically ill patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria who underwent mechanical ventilation treatment at the 73rd Army Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of nursing style,with 42 patients in each group.The control group of critically ill patients received routine care,while the observation group of critically ill patients received quality control circle airway model nursing management.Compare the multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO)detection rate,average hospital stay,average artificial airway time between two groups of critically ill patients.Results The results showed that 2 cases of MDRO were detected in the observation group,with a detection rate of 4.76%.In the control group,5 cases were infected with MDRO,with a detection rate of 11.90%.The detection rate of MDRO in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,But the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average hospitalization time and artificial airway time of severe patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing management of the quality control circle airway model has a significant effect on preventing nosocomial infection in multi-drug resistant bacteria patients,shorten the recovery time.
