DC/DC变换器混合型有源EMI滤波器技术研究

摘要 DC/DC变换器高频化、大功率的发展使得功率开关电流和电压变化速率很大,从而导致供电系统电磁干扰愈发严重,这对EMI滤波器处理噪声的带宽和插入损耗提出了重大挑战.有源EMI滤波技术采用噪声补偿的方案,避免了大尺寸电感、电容等器件的应用,有效降低尺寸和重量.采用反馈型电流采样电流补偿(Feedback Current-Sense Current-Compensation,FB-CSCC)的技术方案,研制了一款混合型有源EMI滤波器(Hybrid-Active EMI Filter,H-AEF).与无源EMI滤波器(Passive EMI Filter,PEF)相比,在较高插入损耗的同时体积减小3倍;相比文献8中有源EMI滤波器系统增益提升了40%,相位余量提升11%;相比同增益下的传统有源EMI滤波器系统拓扑相位余量提升了7倍;200kHz下共模插入损耗达到44.7dB;并且与28V母线电压DC/DC变换器匹配测试,传导噪声CE102满足标准要求. The development of high-frequency and high-power DC/DC converters makes the current and voltage of the power switch change rapidly,which causes Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)in the power supply system.EMI is becoming more severe,which poses a major challenge to the bandwidth and Insertion Loss(IL)of EMI filters for processing noise.High insertion loss and wide band make EMI filter increasing in size,weight and cost.Active EMI filter adopts noise compensation scheme to avoid the application of large inductors,capacitors and other devices,and effectively reduce the size and weight.Because the active EMI filter adopts the closed-loop compensation method,the high insertion loss and the system stability index contradict each other in the wide frequency band,in this project,a Hybrid-Active EMI filter(H-AEF)is developed by using the technical scheme of Feedback Current-Sense Current-Compensation(FB-CSCC).Compared with the Passive EMI Filter(PEF),the size of the filter is reduced by 3 times while the insertion loss is higher;the active EMI Filter system has a 40%gain and an 11%phase allowance increase compared with the active EMI Filter in literature 8;compared with the conventional active EMI filter system with the same gain,the topology phase margin is increased by 7 times;the common-mode insertion loss reaches 44.7 dB at 200 kHz,and is matched with the 28 V bus voltage DC/DC converter,conducted noise CE102 meets the standard requirements.
