摘要
目的研究健康管理中心护理管理中应用层级管理模式的效果。方法选择2021年9月—2023年2月期间在枣庄市立医院健康管理中心任职的27名护理人员为研究对象,以2022年6月为时间分界点,2021年9月—2022年6月采用常规管理,2022年7月—2023年2月采用层级管理,对比两种管理模式下护理人员工作质量、对工作认知水平和工作满意度。结果层级管理下护理人员健康管理、健康教育、患者随访、专项培训和应急处理等方面的评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级管理下的护理人员在管理制度、学科建设、岗位职责和考核制度等方面的评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级管理下的护理人员理论知识考核和实践技能考核评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。层级管理模式下的护理人员工作满意度为96.30%,高于常规管理的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级管理模式可对健康管理中心护理管理起到正向作用,能够提高护理人员工作质量和工作满意度,建立护理人员对工作的清晰认知。
Objective To study the effect of hierarchical management model applied in nursing management of health management center.Methods Twenty seven nurses who worked in the Health Management Center of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Taking June 2022 as the time dividing point,conventional management was adopted from September 2021 to June 2022,and hierarchical management was adopted from July 2022 to February 2023.The work quality,job cognition and job satisfaction of nurses under the two management modes were compared.Results The scores of health management,health education,patient follow-up,specialized training,and emergency response of nursing staff under hierarchical management were higher than those of conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing staff under hierarchical management scored higher than conventional management in terms of management system,subject construction,job responsibilities,and assessment system,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assessment for nursing staff under hierarchical management were higher than those of conventional management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of nursing staff under hierarchical management mode was 96.30%,which was higher than 70.37%under conventional management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical management mode can play a positive role in the nursing management of the health management center,improve the work quality and job satisfaction of the nursing staff,and establish a clear understanding of the work of the nursing staff.
