摘要
目的对比传统树脂与无创渗透树脂修复治疗早期乳磨牙邻面龋的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月南昌大学第四附属医院口腔科收治的80例早期乳磨牙邻面龋患儿为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为传统树脂组与渗透树脂组,各40例。传统树脂组行传统树脂修复治疗,渗透树脂组则采用无创渗透树脂修复治疗。比较两组的修复效果、患牙邻面接触松紧度、牙周指标[牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、牙周指数(periodontal index,PI)、出血指数(bleeding index,BI)]、填充物损耗率、并发症情况。结果渗透树脂组修复成功率高于传统树脂组(P<0.05)。渗透树脂组患牙邻面接触松紧度达标率高于传统树脂组(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,两组PD、PI、BI指标均低于治疗前,且渗透树脂组PD、PI、BI指标低于传统树脂组(P<0.05)。渗透树脂组填充物损耗率低于传统树脂组(P<0.05)。渗透树脂组并发症发生率低于传统树脂组(P<0.05)。结论相比于传统树脂,无创渗透树脂修复早期乳磨牙邻面龋效果更佳,可改善患牙邻面接触松紧度及牙周指标,且填充物损耗更小,并发症风险更低。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of traditional resin and non-invasive penetrating resin in the treatment of early deciduous molar adjacent caries.Methods From June 2021 to June 2022,a total of 80 children with early deciduous molar interproximal caries admitted to the department of stomatology,the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were divided into the traditional resin group and the penetrating resin group,with 40 cases each.The traditional resin group was treated with traditional resin,and the penetrating resin group was treated with non-invasive penetrating resin,and the repair effect,the contact tightness of the adjacent teeth of the two groups were compared Periodontal indexes[periodontal probing depth(PD),periodontal index(PI),bleeding index(BI)],filling loss rate,complications.Results The repair success rate of the osmotic resin group was higher than that of the traditional resin group(P<0.05).The standard rate of the adjacent contact tightness of the affected teeth in the penetrating resin group was higher than that in the traditional resin group(P<0.05).Six months after treatment,the PD,PI and BI indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the PD,PI and BI indexes of the osmotic resin group were lower than those of the traditional resin group(P<0.05).The filler loss rate of the penetrating resin group was lower than that of the traditional resin group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the osmotic resin group was lower than that in the traditional resin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional resin,the non-invasive penetrating resin has a better effect on the restoration of early deciduous molar adjacent caries,which can improve the adjacent contact tightness and periodontal index of the affected teeth,and the loss of the filler is smaller,and the risk of complications is lower.
