摘要
目的探究PDCA循环护理在突发公共卫生事件期间对居家隔离的2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2022年1—3月曾于莆田学院附属医院内分泌科住院治疗,后因管控需要居家隔离观察的2型糖尿病患者90例,将其分为对照组和PDCA护理组。对照组患者行常规随访护理,PDCA组患者行PDCA循环护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后血糖、血脂水平、生活质量和焦虑抑郁情况。结果PDCA护理组干预后的空腹血糖(fasting blood sugar,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPBG)及糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(lowdensity lipoprotein,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(high-density lipoprotein,HDL-C)与对照组相比,均有明显改善(P<0.05)。干预后PDCA组生活质量评分在生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康方面较对照组明显提升(P<0.05),经干预后,PDCA组处于焦虑抑郁状态的人数也明显减少。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施PDCA家庭护理,能够有效提高患者生活质量,改善患者血糖、血脂水平,并改善焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the impact of PDCA cycle care on type 2 diabetic patients in home isolation during an unexpected epidemic.Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who had been hospitalized in department of hematology and endocrinology Affiliated Hospital of Putian University during January to March 2022 and were later isolated at home for observation due to control needs were selected.They were divided into control group and PDCA care group,with patients in the control group receiving routine follow-up care and patients in the PDCA group receiving PDCA cycle care interventions,comparing the two groups before and after interventions for blood glucose,lipid levels,quality of life,and anxiety and depression.Results The patients in the PDCA care group showed significant improvements in fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)after the intervention compared with the control group(P<0.05).Quality of life scores were significantly improved in the PDCA group after the intervention in terms of physical function,physiological function,social function,emotional function,and mental health compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the number of people in an anxious and depressed state was also significantly reduced in the PDCA group after the intervention.Conclusion Implementing PDCA home care for patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve patients'quality of life,improve their blood glucose and lipid levels,and improve anxiety and depression.
