摘要
为了解河田鸡日粮中添加茶叶渣、银杏叶渣菌酶协同发酵饲料对河田鸡生长性能、蛋品质、血清抗氧化和免疫指标的影响,试验将240只50日龄、平均体重为500 g的河田母鸡随机分为对照组、5%组、10%组(每组4个重复,每个重复20只),对照组饲喂基础日粮,5%组和10%组分别饲喂基础日粮+5%、10%的菌酶协同发酵饲料,60~119日龄检测河田鸡生长性能及血清抗氧化和免疫指标,120~219日龄检测产蛋性能和蛋品质。结果表明:与对照组相比,5%组的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);5%和10%组产蛋率分别提高20.57%和18.43%(P<0.05),料蛋比分别降低20.40%和19.06%(P<0.05),蛋黄重、蛋白高度、哈氏单位显著升高(P<0.05),血清中丙二醛(MDA)浓度及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)质量浓度显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)质量浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。与10%组比较,5%组的料重比显著降低(P<0.05),蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度显著升高(P<0.05),MDA浓度显著升高(P<0.05),IL-10质量浓度显著降低(P<0.05),两组间其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明河田鸡日粮中添加茶叶渣、银杏叶渣菌酶协同发酵饲料可以提高河田鸡生长性能,改善鸡蛋品质,增强免疫和抗氧化功能,本试验条件下以5%为最佳添加量。
In order to understand the effects of the diet supplemented with tea residue and ginkgo biloba residue bacteria-enzyme cooperative fermentation feed on growth performance,egg quality,serum antioxidant indices and immune indices of Hetian chickens,a total of 24050-dayold Hetian hens with an average body weight of about 500 g were randomly divided into the control group,the 5%group and the 10%group,respectively.Each group had 4 replicates and each replicate had 20 hens.The hens in the control group were fed the basal diet,and the hens in the 5%and 10%groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 5%and 10%fermented feed,respectively.Growth performance,serum antioxidant and immune indexes of Hetian chickens aged from 60 to 119 days were detected.The egg production performance and egg quality were measured at 120-219 days of age.The results showed that compared with the control group,the ratio of feed to gain in the 5%group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the laying rate in the 5%and 10%groups was increased by 20.57%and 18.43%(P<0.05),respectively,and the feed to egg ratio was decreased by 20.40%and 19.06%(P<0.05),respectively;the yolk weight,protein height and Haugh unit were significantly increased(P<0.05);the mass concentration of MDA,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum of Hetian chickens were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the activity of SOD,T-AOC,and the mass concentrations of IgG and IL-10 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with 10%group,the ratio of feed to gain in the 5%group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the egg shape index,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength and MDA concentration were significantly increased in the 5%group(P<0.05),and IL-10 mass concentration in the 5%group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).These results indicated that adding tea residue and ginkgo biloba residue to Hetian chickens'diet could improve the growth performance,egg quality,and enhance immune and antioxidant function of Hetian chickens.Under the conditions of this experiment,5%was the optimal dosage.
