摘要
目的:建立儿童化妆品中达克罗宁与新康唑含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用C18柱色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)或等效色谱柱;流动相A为0.02 moL·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠水溶液(H3PO4调pH值至3.0),流动相B为甲醇,行梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:280、202 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果:达克罗宁和新康唑在1~100μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,提取效果、特异性、耐用性、准确度、精密度均符合要求。结论:该方法可同时测定儿童化妆品中达克罗宁和新康唑的含量,为违禁成分的检测提供参考。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of dyclonine and elubiol in cosmetics for children.Methods:HPLC analysis was performed on a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)or equivalent column,with the mobile phase containing 0.02 mol·L^(-1)sodium phosphate monobasic aqueous solution(adjust pH to 3.0 with H3PO4)and methanol in a gradient elution at 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelengths were set at 280 nm and 202 nm.The column temperature was 30°C.The injection volume was 10μL.Results:The detection of dyclonine and elubiol were linear within the range of 1-100μg·mL^(-1).The extraction efficacy,specificity,durability,accuracy and precision were all in accordance with the requirements.Conclusion:This method can simultaneously determine the contents of dyclonine and elubio in pediatric cosmetics,providing technical support for the detection of prohibited ingredients.
