危废替代燃料对水泥熟料性能、重金属含量及节煤减碳影响的应用研究

摘要 本文系统研究了危废替代燃料对水泥熟料的力学性能、凝结时间、矿物组成、重金属含量及节煤减碳的影响规律。结果表明:危废替代燃料对熟料的力学性能产生一定的影响。随着危废投料量的增加,熟料的KH值依次增大,熟料中SiO_(2)被CaO饱和成C3S的程度增加;熟料中C3S、C2S、C3A、C4AF四种主要矿物含量受危废替代燃料的影响较小。重金属的含量随危废投料量的增加而增大,但均能满足GB 30760—2014的要求。危废替代燃料热值在7500~8600 kJ/kg范围时,最佳投料量范围在1.6~2.7 m3/h,此时最大节煤量达到1.59 kg/t.cl,CO_(2)最大减排量为4.39 kg/t.cl。 The effects of the alternative fuels on the mechanical properties,setting time,mineral phase composition,heavy metal content,coal saving and carbon reduction of cement clinker were systematically investigated in this paper.The results showed that hazardous waste substitute fuel are used as raw materials to distribute into clinker,which has a certain influence on the mechanical properties of clinker.With the increase of hazardous waste alternative fuels feed,the KH value of the clinker increases in turn,and the saturation extent of SiO_(2) in the clinker by CaO into C3S increases,and the content of the four main minerals in the clinker is less affected by the hazardous waste alternative fuels.The content of heavy metals increased with the increase of hazardous waste feed amount,but all met the requirements of GB 30760—2014.When the calorific value of hazardous waste alternative fuel is in the range of 7500~8600 kJ/kg,the optimal feeding volume ranges from 1.6 to 2.7 m3/h,at which time the maximum coal saving reaches 1.59 kg/t.cl and the maximum CO_(2) reduction is 4.39 kg/t.cl.
