摘要
目的 研究破血逐瘀栓在慢性精囊炎临床治疗中的效果。方法 选取2019年11月至2022年3月于重庆大学附属三峡医院门诊就诊及住院的65例慢性精囊炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=35)。对照组单纯口服左氧氟沙星片,观察组在对照组基础上予以破血逐瘀栓进行直肠给药治疗,两组均治疗4周。分别于治疗前及治疗后比较两组在精液红细胞数量、精液白细胞数量、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分差异。结果 经过4周治疗后,观察组的总有效率为88.6%(31/35),对照组的总有效率为63.3%(19/30),观察组总有效率较对照组提高(P<0.05)。经治疗后两组精液中红细胞数量、白细胞数量较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组比较降低更显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组SAS评分降低较对照组更显著(P<0.05),而两组SDS评分降低程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在抗感染基础上予以破血逐瘀栓直肠给药治疗慢性精囊炎疗效显著,可改善患者症状,降低患者焦虑紧张情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of Poxue Zhuyu Suppository in the clinical treatment of chronic seminal vesiculitis.Methods A total of 65 patients with chronic seminal vesiculitis in outpatient and inpatient of Chongqing University Three Gorges Hospital from November 2019 to March 2022 were selected as study objects,they were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=35).The control group received oral levofloxacin tablets alone,while the observation group received Poxue Zhuyu Suppository on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given treatment for 4 weeks.The semen red blood cell count,white blood cell count,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were compared in two groups before and after treatment.Results The control group′s overall effective rate was 63.3%(19/30),whereas the observation group′s was 88.6%(31/35)after 4 weeks of treatment.In comparison to the control group,the observation group′s overall effective rate was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of red blood cells,white blood cells in semen of two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SAS and SDS score in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),compared with that before treatment.The decrease in observation group was more significant than in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the SDS score decrease between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions A combination treatment of anti-infective drugs and Poxue Zhuyu Suppository has an obvious curative effect,which can relieve symptoms and reduce anxiety and tension for seminal vesiculitis.
