摘要
针对一起750 kV线路避雷器在运行过程中发生放电击穿的故障,通过外观检查、诊断试验、解体检查等方法,综合判断故障原因是避雷器防爆膜在生产制造或装配过程中受损形成隐性缺陷,在长期运行过程中因热胀冷缩现象导致防爆膜隐性缺陷部位出现裂纹,外部水汽通过受损防爆膜侵入避雷器腔体,引起避雷器内部受潮,最终导致绝缘劣化后发生放电故障。同时根据故障原因针对后续运维工作提出建议措施。
According to the discharge breakdown of a 750 kV line arrester during operation,through the methods of appearance inspection,diagnostic test and disintegration inspection,it is concluded that the cause of the fault is the hidden defect formed by the damage of the arrester explosion-proof film in the process of manufacturing or assembly.In the long-term operation,cracks appear in the hidden defect part of the explosion-proof film due to the phenomenon of thermal expansion and cold contraction.The external water vapor penetrates into the cavity of the arrester through the damaged explosion-proof film,causing the internal moisture of the arrester,and finally leads to the discharge failure after insulation deterioration.At the same time,suggestions for subsequent operation and maintenance are proposed based on the fault causes.
