摘要
针对某新建抽凝机组首次启动过程中出现的汽轮机瓦温和轴振异常的问题,进行了独立、多层次和多方面的分析,并翻瓦检查测温元件、球面调整垫块球面度和发电机油挡间隙等,确定了轴瓦瓦温高和温差大的问题根源在于球面调整垫块的球面度偏小,轴振大的原因为下油挡预留间隙较小。将可倾瓦调整垫块的球面度修正至标准值,并适当增加下油挡径向间隙,从而彻底解决了瓦温和轴振异常的问题。分析处理方案能够为新建和大修后的机组类似问题的处理提供参考。
Aimed at the abnormality of bush temperature and shaft vibration in a steam turbine during the first start-up of a newly-built extraction condensing unit,a comprehensive analysis is carried out.The temperature measuring elements as well as the spherical degrees of the spherical adjustment pads and the clearances of the generator oil baffles are checked by turning over the bearing bushes,and it is determined that the high temperature of bushes and their excessive temperature difference are due to the spherical degree of adjusting pad being too small,and the high vibration of shaft is due to the gap reserved for lower oil baffle being insufficient.By amending the spherical degree of the spherical adjusting pad to the standard value and increasing the radial clearance of lower oil baffle appropriately,the problems are completely solved.The analysis and treatment scheme can provide reference for solving similar problems in newly-built and overhauled units.
