核电汽轮机主盘车跳闸原因分析及处理

摘要 采用分析-排查-试验相结合的分析方法,对某核电汽轮机主盘车热抽真空中出现的跳闸问题进行详尽的分析排查,不仅找出了问题的原因,还针对性地提出了处理方案,成功解决了该跳闸问题。跳闸问题的分析排查还揭示了影响顶轴油压的各项因素,为后续顶轴油压调整方案的优化指明了方向和目标。 Using the method of analysis-investigation-test,the tripping problem of main turning gear occurred in hot vacuum test in a nuclear power steam turbine was analyzed and investigated thoroughly.The cause of the problem was summarized,and the corresponding solutions were also proposed,therefore,the tripping problem was successfully solved.The analysis and investigation of tripping problem also revealed the factors affecting the jacking oil pressure,and can provide guidance for the subsequent optimization of the jacking oil pressure adjustment.
