摘要
我国幼儿园教育质量评估呈现向多元参与、全面覆盖、连续统一的发展趋势。文章采取访谈和问卷调查等研究方法,发现幼儿园督导评估过程中存在评估内容不足、方式不足、后续支持不足等问题。借鉴国内外经验,为了进一步做好幼儿园的督导评估,建议研究完善评估指标,改进督导评估方式方法,优化督导评估队伍,构建发展性督导评估体系。借助督导评估这一“指挥棒”,构建高质量的学前教育体系,促进各类园所的内涵发展。
Evaluation of kindergarten education quality in China is gradually moving towards diversified participation,comprehensive coverage as well as continuity and unity.This paper adopts research methods such as interviews and questionnaire surveys to find that there are problems such as insufficient evaluation content,insufficient methods,and insufficient follow-up support,etc.Drawing on domestic and foreign experiences,in order to improve the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten,this paper proposes the following suggestions,such as researching and improving evaluation indicators,improving methods of supervision and evaluation,optimizing the supervision and evaluation team,and building a developmental supervision and evaluation system.By playing the role of“baton”of supervision and evaluation,we aim to build a high-quality preschool education system and promote the connotative development of various kindergartens.
