摘要
针对当前预警信息系统类装备课程教学存在体系分割、军味不浓、知识单一、战技分离等问题,提出了四融合教学模式和实施方法,以满足复合型人才培养需要,实现1+1+1>3的教学效果.教学实践表明,采用四融合教学模式后学员考核成绩明显提升,装备运用能力显著增强,可为其他装备课程群建设提供参考.
In view of the existing problems in the teaching of equipment courses of early warning information system category,such as system segmentation,lack of military flavor,singularity of knowledge and separation of tactics and skills,this paper proposes a four-integration teaching model and implementation method to meet the needs of composite personnel training and achieve the teaching effect of 1+1+1>3.The teaching practice shows that the four-integration teaching mode can significantly improve the cadets’assessment results and equipment application ability,which can provide a reference for the construction of other equipment course groups.
