摘要
机器可读标准是当前国内外标准数字化转型的发展方向和研究重点。本文从机器可读标准的基本概念出发,阐述机器可读标准的基本定义和发展阶段,提出机器可读标准在航天智能制造中的应用方法,最后以运载火箭焊缝质量智能判读为对象打通机器可读标准的建模、转化以及应用全链路,初步实现了焊缝缺陷判读标准由单纯的文本阅览向知识驱动工业场景的模式转变,为机器可读标准在航天领域的应用提供指导。
Machine readable standard is the development direction and research focus of the digital transformation of domestic and foreign standards.This paper starts from the basic concept of machine readable standard,elaborates on the basic definition and development stage of machine readable standards,puts forward the application method of machine readable standards in aerospace intelligent manufacturing,achieves the modeling,transformation and application full link with the object of weld quality intelligent interpretation,and initially realizes the transformation of weld defect interpretation standards from pure text reading to knowledge-driven industrial scenario mode,so as to provide guidance for the application of machine readable standards in the field of aerospace.
