摘要
警察的性质和独特的职业活动特点决定警察需要有自己的职业伦理,警察职业伦理是警察执法面对利益冲突时决策的内驱动力,警察职业伦理精神的培育也是公安思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。马克思主义人的本质理论、全面发展理论、行为主义学习理论以及内化理论为当代警察职业伦理精神的培育提供了理论基础。当前,我国警察职业伦理精神培育虽日益得到重视,但依然存在规范体系不完善、创新方式方法缺失、专业培育人才短缺等问题。亟需在明确培育原则的基础上,进一步完善制度体系、优化教育方法、净化培育环境以提升当代警察职业伦理精神的培育效果。
The nature of police profession and the unique characteristics of police officers'professional activities necessitate the development of their own professional ethics.As police officers'professional ethics serve as an internal driving force for them to make decisions when faced with conflicting interests during law enforcement,the cultivation of this ethical spirit has become an important part in the ideological and political education for police officers.The theories of human nature,comprehensive development,behaviorist learning,and internalization in Marxism provide a theoretical foundation for cultivating the professional ethical spirit of contemporary police officers.Currently,the cultivation of professional ethical spirit in China's police force is receiving increasing attention,but there are still deficiencies,including the imperfect regulatory system,lack of innovative methods,and shortage of professionals in this filed.On the basis of clear cultivation principles,it is urgent to further improve the institutional system,optimize education methods,and purify the cultivation environment to enhance the effectiveness in cultivation of contemporary police officers'professional ethics.
