摘要
开发一种轻型装配式房屋,依托钢结构的高预制率、高标准化及高强度等特点,围护墙体采用竹质复合集成模块化制作技术,实现房屋结构优化及快速装配目的。通过对此类装配式房屋模块化设计、系统化组装,将结构系统和外围护系统拆分成钢框架模块和板类模块两大类基础模块单元。在此基础上,确定模块单元间的连接方式,改进装配式房屋模块单元间的装配方法,实现现场全干作业快速装配化施工。
We developed a lightweight prefabricated building,relying on the characteristics of steel structures with high prefabrication rate,high standardization,and high strength,and adopting bamboo composite integrated modular production technology for the enclosure wall to achieve the purpose of optimizing the house structure and rapid assembly.Through the modular design and systematic assembly of such prefabricated buildings,to divide the structural system and the outer protection system into two basic module units:steel frame modules and board-based modules.On this basis,the connection mode between modules and units is determined,and the assembly method between modules and units of prefabricated houses is improved,so as to realize the rapid assembly construction of all dry operations on site.
