摘要
空间魔法波形是一种由等长木棍在二维空间网格拼接并由绳索驱动的科普演示的装置,此项设备包含力学、电机学、机械原理与设计等多种学科知识。该装置垂线的伸缩由水平和竖直两个方向的凸轮机构的周期运动合成,通过垂线驱动网格形成不同形状的曲面,再通过谢菲尔德遗传算法和蒙特卡洛算法并联对装置坐标位置误差仿真的优化,最终实现了更精确的误差分析。观众通过该展品可以领略机械传动的魅力、学习机构运转的知识原理、同时也为相关展品的设计和开发提供新的思路。
Space magic waveform is a popular science demonstration device that is splice by equal-length sticks in a twodimensional space grid and driven by ropes.This device contains a variety of disciplines such as mechanics,electrical science,mechanical principles and design.The expansion of the vertical line of the device is synthesized by the periodic motion of the horizontal and vertical CAM mechanisms,and the mesh is driven by the vertical line to form a surface of different shapes.Then the simulation of the coordinate position error of the device is optimized by Sheffield genetic algorithm and Monte Carlo algorithm in parallel,and a more accurate error analysis is finally realized.Through this exhibit,the audience can appreciate the charm of mechanical transmission,l earn the knowledge and principle of the operation of the organization,and provide new ideas for the design and development of related exhibits.
