江苏省粳稻品种产量构成因素及抗病性与产量的相关分析 被引量:1

Japonica Rice Varieties in Jiangsu Province:Yield Components Analysis and Correlation Analysis Between Disease Resistance and Yield

摘要 旨在为江苏省粳稻高产抗病品种选育和大田高产栽培提供参考,本研究对2012—2021年江苏省审定的164个粳稻品种的产量构成因素及抗病性与产量进行相关分析。结果表明,产量构成因素的变异系数为穗粒数>穗数>千粒重;产量构成因素与产量的相关程度为穗粒数>千粒重>穗数;直接通径系数表现为穗粒数>千粒重>穗数,间接通径系数显示产量构成因素之间存在明显的相互制约关系,这其中穗粒数与千粒重相互制约作用尤为显著;抗病性与产量相关性分析结果显示相关程度为稻瘟病>纹枯病>条纹叶枯病>白叶枯病。根据分析结果,在江苏省粳稻的高产抗病育种与高产栽培中,应注意保持合理的穗数群体,同时注重增加穗粒数、提高千粒重,并强化对多种病害尤其是对稻瘟病的抗性。 In order to provide the reference for breeding japonica rice with high yield and disease resistance and the high-yield cultivation in the field in Jiangsu Province,this study analyzed the yield components and conducted correlation analysis between disease resistance and yield of 164 japonica rice varieties which was approved in Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2021.The results showed that the variability coefficients of yield components from large to small were as follows:grain number>panicle number>1000-grain weight.The correlation between yield components and yield from strong to weak were:panicle number>p grain number>1000-grain weight.The direct diameter coefficient from high to low was as follows:grain number>1000-grain weight>panicle number.The indirect diameter coefficient showed that there was an obvious mutual constraint among the three yield components,with the mutual constraint effect between grain number and 1000-grain weight being particularly significant.The correlation analysis between disease resistance and yield showed that the correlation degree ranks from:blast>sheath blight>stripe disease>Xanthomonas oryzae.According to the analysis results,in the breeding of high-yield and disease-resistant varieties and high-yield cultivation of japonica rice in Jiangsu Province,attention should be paid to maintaining a reasonable number of panicles,increasing the grain number and1000-grain weight,as well as strengthening the resistance to various diseases,especially rice blast.
