聚丙烯产品降解原因分析及应对措施

摘要 聚丙烯车间5月份生产的粉料产品,由于储存及包装温度高、通风条件差、催化剂灭活不足、反应条件不足等因素,部分聚丙烯粉料产品发生了热氧老化降解,熔融指数异常升高。车间通过降低包装温度至46℃、增加防晒网、增大灭活蒸汽量至2.0 kg/h、提高汽蒸釜D531料位控制至电流20 A、提高液相反应器料位至2800 mm、反应压力3.20 MPa等改进措施,使聚丙烯粉料产品熔融指数异常升高问题得到了有效解决,并且提出了增加造粒单元的建议。 Due to high storage and packaging temperature,poor ventilation conditions,insufficient catalyst deactivation,insufficient reaction conditions and other factors,some polypropylene powder products produced in the polypropylene workshop in May experienced aging degradation,and the melt index increased abnormally.The workshop has effectively solved the problem of abnormally high melt index of polypropylene powder products by reducing the packaging temperature to 46℃,increasing the sun screen,increasing the amount of inactivated steam to 2.0 kg/h,increasing the level control of steam autoclave D531 to 20 A,increasing the level of liquid phase reactor to 2800 mm,and the reaction pressure to 3.20 MPa,and put forward suggestions to increase the granulation unit.
