摘要
腹部和盆腔手术后,腹腔粘连是一种常见的并发症,其发生率很高.如果腹腔粘连发展到一定程度,可能会导致肠梗阻,这不仅会降低患者的生活质量,还可能危及患者的生命.以往的研究表明,使用局部屏障物是一种有效的方法,可以预防术后腹膜粘连的发生.前期动物实验及临床研究的结果均表明,采用水溶性纤维素醚化衍生物制作的可吸收性材料具有防止术后粘连、促进组织修复及重构组织架构等功能.此文基于已有的文献报道,对水溶性纤维素醚化衍生物所制的可吸收性材料相关的临床研究进行综述,以期为临床提供参考资料,进一步规范可吸收性材料在临床的应用,提升其在临床的应用效果.
Abdominal adhesions are a common complication after surgery in the abdomen and pelvis,with a high incidence rate.If abdominal adhesions develop to a certain degree,they may lead to intestinal obstruction,which not only reduces the patient's quality of life but also poses a threat to their life.Previous studies have shown that the local application of barriers is an effective method for preventing postoperative peritoneal adhesions.The resultsof previous animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that absorbable materials made from water-soluble cellulose etherified derivatives have functions such as preventing postoperative adhesion,promoting tissue repair,and reconstructing tissue architecture.Based on existing literature reports,this article reviews clinical research on absorbable materials made from water-soluble cellulose etherified derivatives,in order to provide reference materials for clinical practice,further standardize the application of absorbable materials in clinical practice,and improve their clinical effectiveness.
