Foodborne bacterial infection is a serious threat to public health,leading to food poisoning and Foodborne illness.Traditional detection methods for foodborne bacteria usually take a long time to obtain results,which poses a challenge to prevent and control the spread of Foodborne illness.Therefore,rapid detection technology has become increasingly important in the field of foodborne bacterial infection monitoring and food safety.This article will explore the application of rapid detection technology in monitoring foodborne bacterial infections.To detect and monitor foodborne bacterial infections in a timely manner can help prevent the spread of diseases and protect public health.
