摘要 食源性细菌感染是一个严重威胁公共健康的问题,导致食品中毒和食源性疾病的发生。传统的食源性细菌检测方法通常需要较长时间来获得结果,这对于预防和控制食源性疾病的传播构成了挑战。因此,快速检测技术在食源性细菌感染监测和食品安全领域中的作用变得越来越重要。本文探讨快速检测技术在食源性细菌感染监测中的应用。以更及时地发现和监测食源性细菌感染,有助于预防疾病的传播,保障公众健康。 Foodborne bacterial infection is a serious threat to public health,leading to food poisoning and Foodborne illness.Traditional detection methods for foodborne bacteria usually take a long time to obtain results,which poses a challenge to prevent and control the spread of Foodborne illness.Therefore,rapid detection technology has become increasingly important in the field of foodborne bacterial infection monitoring and food safety.This article will explore the application of rapid detection technology in monitoring foodborne bacterial infections.To detect and monitor foodborne bacterial infections in a timely manner can help prevent the spread of diseases and protect public health.
